Tolles, neues Hotel mit sehr gutem Service in allen Bereichen, besonders hervorzuheben ist aber das Serviceteam vom Azur Pool unter der Leitung des Poolmanager „Randy“. Kompetent und Serviceorientiert wie man es selten findet: „Randy“, Danke für die schönen Tage im Waldorf Astoria > Ihr habt sehr viel dazu beigetragen, dass es ein toller Urlaub war. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal im Waldorf Astoria RAS!! Das Frühstücks Büfett war gut, aber noch ausbaufähig > ist noch Platz nach oben. Auch hier ist der Stellvertretende Manager “Roy“ ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner für alle Wünsche und das gesamte Team leistet sehr gute Arbeit. Für alle die mit den iPad oder Smartphone unterwegs sind: Wi-Fi gibt es auf dem Zimmer nur gegen Bezahlung, ansonsten in der Lobby oder am Pool umsonst, aber sehr langsam > hier sollte mal nachgebessert werden!! In Ras al Khaimah waren wir schon öfters, langsam werden auch hier neue Hotels und Einkaufszentren gebaut und Ras al Khaimah kommt langsam aus dem „Dornröschenschlaf“. Alles zusammen war es hier ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen wieder, Danke But Great new hotel with very good service in all areas, particularly noteworthy is the service team from Azur pool under the guidance of the Pool Manager "Randy".
