Sehr gute Restaurants. Sehr große Vielfalt bei den Vorspeisen sowie den Hauptgerichte in Buffetform. Etwas gestört hat mich jedoch hierbei, dass die "Themen-Restaurants" online (per eigenem Smartphone oder am Service Desk) vor reserviert werden müssen, die hat leider nicht immer geklappt. Der vom Hotel gewünschte Dresscode wurde leider nicht von allen Gästen eingehalten.

Please be kindly informed that Creta Maris is built according to the Aegean Architecture, as a small village with quaint twisting paths, small piazzas filled with the scents and colors of a wide variety of trees and flowers. The design style of the public areas as well as the majority of the rooms (as the one you stayed in) is contemporary, offering thereby a unique combination of Aegean Architecture and Cretan hospitality. Concerning the thematic restaurants, please allow us to mention that our Guest Service and Reception Agents are always happy to assist any guest who has any difficulties booking a table, while they are doing their best, so every guest could dine in each of our thematic restaurants at least once. Of course, we will take your comment into consideration in order to ameliorate even more our reservation system. Regarding your comment about the dress code, we would like to clarify that it is applied, and our staff does its best in order for it to be implemented by all our guests. However, we promise to consider taking more actions to eliminate the aforementioned cases. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again in the future and offer our best services.
