Zimmer leider alt, nicht renoviert, wir hätten ein "Deluxe Meerblick". Davon war nicht viel zu sehen. Leider waren wir ebenerdig und hatten somit KEINEN Meerblick... Bei einem 5-Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mir eine Dusche und keine Badewanne mit einem kaputten Duschkopf. Bad war jedes mal nass nach dem Duschen. WC bei jedem Mal spülen gab es ein lautes Geräusch. Minibar war sehr laut. Geschlafen haben wir sehr schlecht. Zusätzlichen waren die Reinigungsdamen schon sehr früh sehr laut. Zimmer zusätzlich sehr hellhörig... Kein 5-Sterne Standard....

Großes Lob! - leider teilweise auch schon ausgebucht. Essen prinzipiell gut!

Die Pools waren gut, leider auch alles sehr überfüllt. Liegen wurden immer vorab schon reserviert, keine Chance teilweise auf eine Liege am Pool.

Regarding the table reservations, we kindly note that they can be made through the mobile app. Wishing to ensure equal opportunity for all our guests to enjoy our thematic and a la carte restaurants, we only allow dinner reservations to be completed either one day in advance or on the same day up to 15:00h. That means that each restaurant’s entire capacity is available for booking every day. Alternatively, our restaurant hostesses are always happy to assist you with your dinner reservations. Furthermore, we kindly note that reserving sunbeds is not allowed in Creta Maris. We always do our best to inform our guests accordingly, with both printed and digital materials as well as direct communication, asking our guests to respect this policy that is established to ensure equal opportunity for every guest who wishes to enjoy our pools and beach. If towels are placed to unofficially reserve sunbeds before our pools open in the morning, our pool attendees are instructed to remove them. If at any point you face difficulties with finding available sunbeds, our team remains at your entire disposal to provide assistance. As for the beach towels, as they are provided for all our guests in all room types, you may exchange your used towels for clean and dry ones at our two towel stations. The one is located at the main pool of Maris building and the second one is at by the main pool of Terra building. Thanks to the architecture and the size of Creta Maris especially the great number of rooms, it is possible to offer various options of accommodation not only providing different views but also in different locations so that our guests can choose the ones that best match their preferences. Some rooms have bathrooms with bathtubs, while others are equipped with showers. If you have a specific preference, you are welcome to request either option at the time of booking, and we always do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Furthermore, if upon arrival, your room does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us as we are always willing to go above and beyond to offer you the best possible holiday experience.
