Aus ÖsterreichDie sehr laute Musik am Pool im Rahmen der Animation war eine wahre Katastrophe. Das "Keep calm" Schild eine echte Ironie. Man fühlte sich zeitweise wie auf Ibiza. In einem Familienclub mit wenig Jugendlichen total unangebracht. Sehr störend. Sehr wenige Liegen am Pool, dafür waren dann die Sonnenschirme am Strand sehr klein. :-) 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind konnten nicht ausreichend Schatten darunter finden. Die Kellnerinnen waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen war leider sehr eintönig, geschmacklich keine Highlights..... hatte mehr das Niveau einer Kantine bis auf das Nachspeisenbuffet. Dies war in Ordnung..... Leider keine internationale Küche. Strandbar konnte mit den übrigen Bars nicht mithalten. Snacks an der Bar lieblos und einfältig, sehr verbesserungswürdig. Die Anlage sowie die Zimmer waren total in Ordnung und entsprachen einer 5 Sterne Anlage. Fitnesscenter kostet 5 Euro pro Tag extra, in einem All Inclusiv Arrangement etwas seltsam und unnötig.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the time you dedicated to write a review regarding the holidays’ experience you had at Creta Maris Beach Resort. We are sorry we have not met your expectations during your stay with us. We promise to take into consideration your comments, in order to ameliorate our services in the future. However, allow us to give you some explanation on the above-mentioned points. Apart from our main swimming pool, which accommodates the majority of our guests and a lot of activities during the day, we offer to our guests, who want to relax, a lot of quite areas all over the resort (as our pools in Terra building or at the Bungalows’ area). As regards the number of loungers by the pool, please be kindly informed that the amount of loungers of every swimming pool in the resort depends on its size and location. Since Creta Maris Beach Resort offers a 350m long beach as well as 6 swimming pools, usually our guests can easily find a place to be accommodated in one of these areas. Regarding the food offered in our main restaurant, we would like to clarify that we offer a wide variety of dishes, which are prepared with fresh, high quality local ingredients following local and Mediterranean recipes. We hope you have mentioned something to our staff in order to try satisfying any particular need of yours. Furthermore, please be kindly informed that apart our Fitness Center which is fully equipped and specialized (this is the reason it is offered with an extra charge), there is also a standard equipment gym offered to all guests free of charge, located in Terra building next to the fitness center. We would also like to inform you that our indoor heated swimming pool, although located near the fitness center, is provided free of charge to all our guests.
