Eine wunderschöne Anlage und freundliches Personal.Der Strand war sehr klein aber wunderschön,leider sind die Sonnenschirme am Strand viel zu klein ,so das man nur beschäftigt ist mit dem verrücken der Liege .Das Hotel hat tolle Tennisplätze die man kostenlos nutzen darf.Als enttäuschend empfanden wir die Abendanimation in 14 Tagen 2mal einen griechischen Tanz ,gut das zu unserer Zeit die EM war.Wäre am Abend mal am Pool Tanz oder Disco wäre es geselliger und man könnte besser ins Gespräch mit anderen Gästen kommen .In der Türkei gibt es Gala Abende, da wird man mit anderen Gästen auch mal an einen Tiscch gesetzt.da bekommt man schneller Kontakt. Leider werden die liegen am Hauptpool so früh reserviert das man in 14 Tagen nicht einmal eine Liege bekommt ,viele Gäste belegen doppelt Liegen, also auch noch am Strand ,ich habe beobachtet, das über 5 Stunden sich keiner sehen lässt.Auch die Getränke hatten eine schlechte Qualität und an der Strandbar zu wenig Personal.Die Zimmerreinigung war schlecht trotz Trinkgeld ,in 14 Tagen wurde nicht einmal Staub geputzt auch das Bad war nie sauber.Das habe ich so noch nicht gehabt .Ein Witz ist die MIni-Bar.Im Hotel wird englisch gesprochen ,kaum jemand kann deutsch eigenartig da angeblich so viele deuschsprachige Gäste das Hotel besuchen auch die Antwort des Managers nur in englisch. Die Gästestruktur ist sehr gemischt Frankreich ,Italien ,England ,Russland,Deutschland ,Polen und sehr viele Famlien mit sehr kleinen Kinder.

We would also like to thank you for your comments, as we consider them the best way to improve our services even more in the future. However, allow us to offer you some explanation on the above-mentioned points of your review. As concerns your comment about the evening entertainment, we would like to mention that our animation program is designed to meet the majority of our guests needs, with every day of the week having another theme (Greek Day, Creta Maris Uncovered, Sports Day, Eco – Day & Sea Day). However, we will consider your dissatisfaction and do our best in order to ameliorate the animation program even more. Furthermore, we would like to mention that we totally understand your point regarding the sunbeds reservation. We do have sunbeds reservation policy, urging our guests not to reserve sunbeds with a towel and doing our best to remove them from the sunbeds that are not occupied. Since Creta Maris Beach Resort offers a 350m long beach as well as 6 pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, usually our guests can easily find a place to be accommodated in one of these areas. Continuing, according to our philosophy, we support the local production, offering house wines, the best local brand of non-alcoholic drinks, local and international well-known alcoholic drinks, and a variety of beers. However, in order to meet our guests’ needs we also do offer an alternative catalogue of special branded drinks and fresh orange juice with extra fee. We hope you have mentioned something to our staff in order to try satisfying any particular need of yours. Let us also inform you that we occupy the necessary number of employees, in every department of our resort, in order to provide excellent accommodation and services to all our guests. Additionally, we are sorry to read that you were disappointed with your room’s cleanliness, as we consider cleanliness one of the most important sectors of the stay and do our best to ensure that every room and area of the resort is perfectly clean. Thus, allow us to clarify that every single room in the resort is being cleaned once a day and is always checked after by housekeeping manager. In case a guest feels that his room needs any further action to be done concerning the cleanliness, we are always happy to assist. We hope you have mentioned your dissatisfaction to our Guest Service in order for us to act accordingly. Moreover, please allow us to explain that a mini bar (filled upon arrival) is only offered in Deluxe Rooms and Suites, while a mini fridge with complimentary bottle of water is offered in Classic Rooms. We would also like to clarify that Creta Maris has established its own water production system within the hotel facilities, which means we offer high quality filtered water and all guests can refill their bottles or drink directly from the tub of their room. This is the reason we only offer a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. Of course, in case a guest prefers to consume only bottled water we are more than welcome to offer it with an extra charge. Lastly, allow us to point out that many of our employees speak fluently German, while every department has at least one employee who speaks German, in order for us to provide excellent services.
